ABOUT RSD COMPANIES TRUCKINGOur Corporate Philosophy is: Think of Customers as the Life Line of Our Business We operate the trucking and warehouse divisions from our 220,000 Square foot facility in White River Junction, Vermont. We are located a half mile from the I-89 and I-91 interchange. The facility is serviced by the New England Central Railroad, which has inter-line agreements with the Canadian National Railroad and the Connecticut Southern Railroad. The building is a block construction with 29 dock doors to service your distribution and warehousing needs. We have over 8,000 pallet positions of racked space that has two levels of in rack sprinkler that is monitored 24 hours a day. We can provide warehousing and transportation services for general commodities, wood pulp, rolled paper, dry goods, beverages, ETC. We are located close to the major grocery chains and distribution centers in the Northeast. We provide services of Cross-dock, Order fulfillment, Storage and Handling on a square foot, pallet, weight, piece, or hourly basis. Our material handling equipment fleet consists of electric pallet jacks, electric high reach forklifts, LP forklifts with forks and clamp attachments. We have a Warehouse Management Software that provides a complete inventory control with real time stock status, location, and lot control. Our two Trucking divisions and our Transportation brokerage division can provide transportation services throughout out New England and the Eastern Seaboard West to the Mississippi River. We operate over 50 tractors and 125 trailers. RSD Transportation Inc specializes in flatbed, and van service. All transactions are computer and satellite tracked by a combination of ROADVISION our Transportation software and Omni TRACS; a two-way communications and vehicle tracking system. Daniels Transportation specializes in contract truckload and just in time services. We are contracted to the U.S. Postal Services and KLEEN Laundry.
